Nomination Paper SPECIAL FORMAT is NOT 20-30 signatures but instead, requires more than 30 signatures.

Charter cities or those jurisdictions that have this requirement stated in bylaws would use this format. This item is hard copy only. We print on specific paper to limit bleed through & obstruction of all required information. We follow the layout as specified along with providing all signatures in compliance with CA Election Code. You’ll be asked to complete an additional form once added to your cart, where you’ll need to indicate the number of signatures required and additional information. This is not the same as the quantity you order. Please make sure to add the quantity you’d like to order before adding it to your cart.

Customization is limited. A request is not a guarantee. Some information is unable to be added, noted, and included by MCA Direct. Our form will be provided based on the selection chosen once you’ve added your quantity to cart. We’re sorry we cannot make modifications or changes to your order once your order has been placed.
