Shipping

Shipping rates vary by the destination address and package weight. The shipping rate may reflect to include additional charges beyond our control as in area surcharge and/ or fuel charge where applicable. Shipping insurance is included with every order. Some items are ineligible to receive a shipping rate at the time of inquiry. If a purchase order (PO) is required by your entity, we suggest a $50 (minimum) shipping cost to cover all charges warranted. P.O. Boxes and personal residence are not permitted for shipping address. It must be a physical location in relation to the jurisdiction. We cannot make acceptations to this policy.

All orders are shipped ground only to ensure tracking, safety, and security. The shipping and handling charge cannot be waived or refunded.

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate order pickups placed through our website as shipping is ineligible to be waived or refunded. If you require overnight/ next-day shipping or a rush order, please call our office BEFORE you place your order. Modifications to shipping cannot be made after orders are placed. Orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday. We aim for a quick turnaround, however at peak times an additional 2-3 business days may be required for shipped materials. If at any time our office is closed, your order will ship upon the next business day when we reopen.

Return

MCADirect / MCADirect LLC does not accept returns for any purchased items. All purchases are bound to Terms & Conditions as stated and are final sale. If you cancel your order by stop payment after it has been placed, a fee will be charged. A cancelled order will incur a 10% fee of your total charged to the credit card used for the original purchase.

For Archival Record Paper, Minute Book(s), Gummed Label(s) & Index Tab(s): MCADirect LLC stands behind its products and services. MCADirect LLC may replace but shall have no obligation to do so, any product that has been damaged during or prior to shipment, at our expense. If you see physical damage to the box, we ask that you sign for the package as damaged, take a photo of the product (only if damaged) to support your claim and please contact Erin at erin@mcadirect.org within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of such damaged products. The replacement of the damaged product(s) will be shipped back in the same manner as the original purchase. Since our products are customized to information furnished by you, the customer, we cannot accept returns.

Fee

If you cancel your order by stop payment after it has been placed, a fee will be charged. A cancelled order will incur a 10% fee of your total. Please read through all provided descriptions and details before placing your order. If you place an order for any item(s) and are not warranted to purchase such item(s) as noted clearly by provided description and details in addition attempt to falsify identify your persons, jurisdiction or entity including city or town, a 10% fee of your total & a restocking fee of 10% will be incurred. It is highly suggested to contact us with any questions prior to placing your order. Additionally, for safety and security of cardholders, a third-party merchant handles all credit card transactions and processing. Therefore, any and all merchant fees relating to the cancellation or purchase of our products to which you or your entity is not warranted to will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a purchase request at our discretion. We may unilaterally cancel any order for our Products or Services that we believe has been made with a view towards resale or has otherwise been made in bad faith. All fees as stated may also apply in addition to any third-party credit card merchant fees which are out of our control. If we believe any purchaser of our Products or user of our Services is in breach of our Terms & Conditions, we may suspend or terminate their access to the Services with or without notice to the user.
