Manual Tally / Re-count form assists with providing accuracy of the counting process as well as a visual hand recount. This document contains a procedures page pursuant to the California Elections Code along with 2 pages of candidate tally slots each and 1 page of measure tally slots. Under the drop down Sheet Options, this is “1 sheet”.
An additional sheet is available containing more tally slots for both candidates and/ or measures. For this, please select the appropriate option in the drop-down & indicate the quantity before adding to your cart. Each insert sheet 2 option will include 1 sheet as explained above and your desired selection.
